John F. Pfleger Funeral Home has been serving the Middletown area community for many years. We’re thankful to be an important part of this community and will continue our longstanding legacy of helping families honor their loved ones.
Serving Monmouth County, NJ, Since 1956
A funeral home is an integral part of any community, and John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Inc. is no exception. Conveniently located in the heart of Middletown, NJ, our funeral home has provided funeral, burial, cremation, and pre-planning services for three generations in Monmouth County. Founder John F. Pfleger, Sr. first opened our family-owned and -operated funeral home’s doors in 1956. His sons, Gregory W. Pfleger and John F. Pfleger took over the family business after he retired, followed by Greg's son, Evan F. Pfleger. Our goal has always been to serve the members of our community with compassion and integrity. Our facilities can accommodate memorials and funerals that are both public and private, large and small, religious and secular, somber, and more festive in nature.
Compassion and Integrity for Three Generations
Compassion is defined as, “being sympathetic of others’ distress with a desire to alleviate it.” In John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Inc. funeral home, we strive to help every family we serve the same way in which we would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. Losing someone dear to you is hard. The Pfleger family and the rest of our staff have made it our mission to help others through this difficult time as best we can. Integrity is defined as, “having a firm adherence to a code of moral or artistic values.” Integrity is often regarded as the honesty and truthfulness of one’s actions. We’ve always prided ourselves on being honest and truthful with all the families we serve. As you go through the process of making funeral arrangements for your loved one, know that our family and staff will conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity.
